Prayer Team Ministry at New Song Church exists to help others “strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up”. Prayer team ministers help restore hope to where there was hopelessness, joy to where there was depression, and peace to where there was anger by helping others apply what they have been given in Jesus Christ. They assist in cutting every weight that keeps us from living in the fullness of the love that Christ has for us. These weights are not our inheritance in Christ and can include but are not limited to past hurts, current bitterness, and/or rejection that we face on a daily basis. Prayer team ministry exists to bring restoration to individuals so they may live as the new creation they are in Christ.
Prayer team ministry is a large part of our church family at New Song Church. There are many people trained to minister healing and restoration locally and internationally. If you are interested in being on a prayer team, contact the church office or see the below requirements.
If you are interested in receiving prayer, please come forward after our service, even if prayer is not offered! We would love to pray with you and seek the Lord with you . . .
